Yeasty Feasty Culture

Noble rot I believe is to introduce a particular fungus to reduce the water content of the grape and produce a sweetened dessert wine.
Ofcourse the same fungus in more humid conditions would spoil the crop.

Such is life, you could come across an element which if you imbibe by varying degrees would affect you in so many different ways, its just too fascinating. Would you be willing to carry out this experiment consciously and enjoy it both as a subject and a spectator. Would you get carried away and lose yourself in the story forever? Or would you really stay on the edge and make those ripples or waves to add to a noble rot. Well that's something to muse about while I soak in some more of my wine
